Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex, DHL, PostNord or G&G with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. We are a small company with not so many employees, so we do try to ship in bulk. Normally we ship 2 times a week.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping damage
It´s the responsibility of the reseller to check each shipment upon arrival. The carrier´s terms and conditions in regards of damaged goods will be applied. If you receive damaged goods you must instantly make a claim to the carrier as the risk of the shipment is on the receiver as soon as it has left RC-Netshop.dk´s warehouse.
